For Authors

1) Abstract Submission

Authors are invited to submit a one-page abstract presenting original research relevant to the topics of ISIE 2026. The abstract should clearly summarize the objectives, methodology, main results, and conclusions of the contribution and provide sufficient information for evaluation.

Abstracts must be prepared on A4 format and may be submitted in common file formats (PDF, DOCX, or LaTeX-generated PDF). Authors are encouraged to use the official abstract template available on the website. You can use either LaTeX template or MS Word template.

Important Dates:

• Abstract submission deadline: 2 June 2026
• Notification of abstract acceptance: 15 June 2026

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Accepted contributions will be invited to submit a full paper for inclusion in the symposium proceedings.

2) Proceedings Paper Template

Authors of accepted abstracts are invited to submit a contribution for publication in the symposium proceedings.

The papers should be prepared using the official ISIE 2026 full-text template. Both LaTeX (preferred and recommended) and MS Word versions of the template are available on the website.

The contribution should follow the formatting instructions given in the template. Authors are kindly asked to use the template carefully in order to ensure a consistent appearance of the proceedings.
